The Artist

Maree started her business in 2019 as a way to share her creativity and passion for baking. Maree always liked to bake and says that she was inspired by her Granny who used her own eggs and simple ingredients like butter, flour and in season fruit all the while making baking look effortless. 

Maree focuses on producing delicious quality products by sourcing the best local products available, working in small batches and adding her attention to detail to create the high quality products you can trust. Maree believes that her appreciation of quality in season produce comes from her childhood which was on a farm  in the southwest of western Australia complete with an orchard, large organic vegetable gardens and lots of flowers. Here she experienced the joy of tree ripened, super fresh fruit, full of flavour and colour and this is somethings that she wants to be able to share with you through her baking. This has lead to her to develop a signature range of buttercreams and desserts naturally flavoured with quality products such as Australian freeze dried raspberries, fresh lemons,  Western Australian honey, coverture dark chocolate and organic vanilla bean paste. Maree also has a passion for all things floral and enjoys adding floral touchers to her creations too.
